Tribal Gaming Regulations and Controls

In this session, we will briefly discuss the levels that Tribal Gaming Operations and Surveillance may interact with when dealing with Tribal Gaming Regulations, the Tribal State Compact and NIGC MICS, as well as, at the property level with Tribal Internal Controls and Internal Controls for Operations along with Standards of Procedures and Policies.

We will also discuss the working relationship between the Tribal Gaming Agencies and Operations. How to work together professionally and collaboratively to protect the property is stressed. Best practices for doing so are highlighted and recommended.
