| Description | This webinar session discusses the need for surveillance departments to protect their slot departments as they do table games. While slots is not as frequently attacked as is table games, it is vulnerable and subjected to losses due to theft, fraud, advantage play, and cheating. There is a general belief that the slots of today can’t be beaten. That isn’t true. They can be beat and when they are, the loss can easily amount to thousands, if not millions of dollars.
In this session, we present some of the known concerns/vulnerabilities of the slot department and how surveillance should prepare themselves and operate to protect this critical gaming department.
