| Description | This session covers the importance of proactively monitoring your property for theft and fraud committed by employees. Such activity occurs in all areas and departments of the modern-day gaming property and can result in the loss of thousands and even millions of dollars. We will highlight the common areas and departments where theft and fraud occurs, and the behaviors exhibited by the employees involved. Additionally, we will review the non-gaming statistical information at the POS for a better understanding of data analytics role in retail and food/beverage operations. |
