Liability and Risk – Chuck Barry and Al Zajic – This webinar will address the typical surveillance related risk mitigation strategies that surveillance can assist in managing the defense of litigation in gaming environments. Avoiding common issues related to video retention, spoliation allegations, written reporting, logs, and policy and procedure will be covered. Benefits of conducting smart comprehensive video investigation and reviews forensically (after the fact) will be addressed. Two national security experts who actively defend casino properties will also present short case studies and the end result of good, bad (and ugly) examples that will help mitigate claims and lawsuit. |
